Current Availability
We are nearly sold out of lamb at the moment, but our pre-orders for meat shares are now open!
We anticipate having the meat ready for pick up in early January, 2026.

Our meat is USDA inspected, vacuum sealed, labeled, and frozen.
Please Note:
All of our lambs are born and raised right here on our farm—we do not buy in feeder lambs or source animals from auctions. This means our lamb is available seasonally and in limited quantities, based on what we are able to raise with care and intention.
We do not offer on-farm slaughter or live animal sales, and we do not process lambs on demand.

Annual Availability for Meat Shares
We offer 2 options for our meat shares:
Whole lamb – fully butchered, packaged, & frozen $480
Half lamb – fully butchered, packaged, & frozen $350
Meat Shares:
Pre-orders for winter 2025/2026 Meat Shares are now open.
Our lambs are pasture-raised until they reach about 80 lbs. On average, a whole butchered lamb yields 26–30 lbs of meat, while a half yields 13–15 lbs.
Processing is done off-site at a USDA-inspected facility with a strong commitment to humane handling and food safety.

A $75 deposit is required for all orders, which must be picked up at the farm or farmer's market.
